Two divisions are being offered for spring (April - early June): men's competitive and 4/5/6th grade girls. If you are interested in submitting a team and you have not gotten an email regarding registration, please let us know ASAP.

Upcoming dates:
Fall session team registration deadline: 10/12/10
First Touch registration deadline: 10/26/10
Fall session begins: 11/6/10

Winter session team registration deadline: 12/9/10
First Touch registration deadline: 12/18/10
Winter session begins: 1/2/11

Attention players and coaches!! Please DO NOT wait until your first game to turn in updated waiver forms! There WILL be delays!! You may fax your completed forms to us at 217/228-0961 or mail them to us at 1600 N. 43rd St., Quincy, IL 62305. If you wait until your first game, you may not be able to get on the field!!!

In order to make the card process as smooth as possible, please download (go to "links," then "downloads") the Emergency Medical Release and Liability Waiver and have it filled out before you come to have your card made. You may also fax completed forms to us at 217/228-0961 any time.

If you already have a participant's card, you MUST turn in a newly completed waiver form before you are allowed to play. Please turn the waiver in well before your first game to avoid delays!

All players and coaches will need to fill out an updated waiver form by 10/31/09. That form will be good until 10/31/10. If you plan to participate in both sessions (Fall '09 & Winter '10), no matter how many teams, ONE waiver will suffice.

Reminder to coaches: if you wish to have the final scores posted, PLEASE initial the scoresheet. If you do not initial, the game will be recorded as a 0-0 tie. Thank you.

PLEASE check THIS PAGE for all weather-related closings. In general, no one is at K&L to answer the phone during daytime hours. We will ALWAYS post here if games are cancelled or postponed!!

Please note: we have implemented a card swipe system for all bench personnel--players AND coaches. New insurance liability waivers will need to be filled out for ALL participants annually (current waivers are good 11/1 - 10/31). See the registration form for complete details.

We have received numerous requests from individuals wanting to be placed on a team. We regret that at this time we do not offer that service. Please visit our message board and post your request for a team. You may also post if you have a partial team and are looking for players!
