Registration forms for TEAMS who wish to compete in the Fall 2008 session are now available for download from our site.  (Click on "links," then "downloads.")  Forms are in PDF file format.  Updated waiver forms are also available for download at this time.

Printed forms will be available to pick up at Tri-City Sports by 9/23/08.  Waiver forms will also be available at that time.

First Touch registration forms will also be available for download by 9/23/08.
